ISDN30

For medium sized to large businesses, requiring a minimum of 8 channels, ISDN30 is the recommended option.This offers a high-quality, crystal clear voice and data service.Each ISDN30 connection provides between 8 to 30 independent 64k channels.

Just like ISDN2, Users can also setup DDI (Direct Dial Ins) which creates multiple telephone lines without the need to pay for all the direct lines. So a company can assign a DDI per employee, manager, Department, or can even use the DDI's for Marketing and advertising purposes, where a DDI is assigned to a particular Magazine or News Paper so that the Company is able to track the success of the campaign.

Care levels:

Level 1

  • Clear by 23:59 day after next, Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays. For example, report Tuesday, clear Wednesday

Level 2

  • Clear by 23:59 next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays. For example, report Tuesday, clear Wednesday

Level 3

  • Report 13:00, clear by 23:59 same day. Report after 13:00 clear by 12:59 next day, seven days a week, including Public and Bank Holiday

Level 4

  • Clear within 6 hours, any time of day, any day of the year

Although this is primarily used for Voice, these ISDN30 Channels can also be used for applications like video conferencing or transferring files, as well as creating a WAN (Wide Area Network) connection to link multiple office together. The link will require a router at each end connect the LAN (Local Area Network) Hubs to the ISDN30 lines.
