ISDN2 is ideal for small business office with 2 - 8 users, able to connect up to 8 digital devices.

Users will have to add a Digital Switch PBX, Telephone System available from WorldNet.

ISDN2 is widely used for professional audio and broadcast applications where digital clarity with integrated telephone services is specifically required. It is also a better choice for high-speed connections to intranets video-conferencing.

 ISDN2 users can also setup DDI (Direct Dial Ins) which creates multiple telephone lines without the need to pay for all the direct lines. So a company can assign a DDI per employee, manager, Department, or can even use the DDI's for Marketing and advertising purposes, where a DDI is assigned to a particular Magazine or News Paper so that the Company is able to track the success of the campaign.

Care levels:

Level 1

  • Clear by 23:59 day after next, Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays. For example, report Tuesday, clear Wednesday

Level 2

  • Clear by 23:59 next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays. For example, report Tuesday, clear Wednesday

​

Level 3

  • Report 13:00, clear by 23:59 same day. Report after 13:00 clear by 12:59 next day, seven days a week, including Public and Bank Holiday

Level 4

  • Clear within 6 hours, any time of day, any day of the year
