Privacy Policy

WorldNet Global Communications Limited (to be referred to as WorldNet), Unit 1 - Junction House, 8 Liberty Centre, Mount Pleasant, Wembley, HA0 1TX is focused on protecting your privacy as well as any personal or business data you may have with WorldNet. The policy explains what personal data WorldNet collects and how we use this data.

 

Collection of Data

The collection of data provided to WorldNet may come from telephone conversations, email conversations, completed website or application forms and business visits. Data collected may include company contact details (including names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses) as well as services supplied by WorldNet. This data will then be used to provide the appropriate business services to you with regards the products and services we offer, including supply, support, fixing issues and promote new products, all to aid the day to day running of the business.

Payment information, such as direct debits and credit cards, are collected to process invoice payments from Worldnet. We do not collect information from personal cards nor personal bank accounts unless this is the method of paying for the business account. Any payments made over the internet are protected through encryption such as the use of an SSL Protocol (Secure Socket Layer).

 

Third Parties

WorldNet understand that privacy is a very important aspect of any business, hence we do not sell any of your information to third parties.

WorldNet will not share any information unless obligated by law or to our trusted partners when it is necessary in order to provide relevant products or services to you (for example, for provisioning of a landline service, usually with BT Openreach).

When collecting payments, we do share the payment information with banks and other trusted financial services to process the relevant financial transactions

 

Cookies

WorldNet use cookies only on our website. Cookies allow us to cater the website for the user to make the experience better when returned to. For example, they can be used to store passwords so that the user does not need to type it in on every visit.

 

Changes to Policy

WorldNet reserves the right to change any terms of this privacy policy when it sees fit and will appear on the website once updated.

 

Opt-Out

WorldNet would like the opportunity to contact customers regularly to offer new plans and promotions. However, companies may choose to stop receiving these. This can be done by emailing WorldNet or clicking on any unsubscribe link which comes with the relevant email. If companies wish to opt-in, we will require an email requesting it and preferences will be updated.

Any notification regarding services or billing to our customers will continue as this is part of WorldNet’s obligation to our clients.
