Q. How do I get a free phone?
A. To benefit from our free phone offer you are required to sign-up to a 12-month contract.


Q. How can I use my mobile to get great rates from WorldNet?
A. There are two ways to get WorldNet's low rates on your mobile and save - especially on international and mobile calls:

  1. LCR for mobiles.
    After a simple and FREE registration you can dial an access number from a UK mobile. It works on all UK mobile networks and you can register as many mobiles as you like.
  2. A mobile line from WorldNet
    WorldNet offers a wide range of call plans and handsets, based on the 02 network. Line rental and calls are all billed to your existing WorldNet account, with a single Direct Debit to make your life simpler. Q. How is managing my account made easy?
A. By using WorldNet's online bill monitoring service. When you register with WorldNet you will be given a password that will enable you to access your personal account information online.

Q. Keeping my existing number, how do I port my mobile to WorldNet?
A. The first thing that you need to do isto obtain your "PAC Number" from your current provider. You can keep your existing mobile phone number and transfer the service to your new WorldNet connection. We make no charge for doing this, but if you are staying on the same network we will not be able to give you a free or subsidised handset. nor camn we give you free line rental for a SIM only connection. If you are transferring from a different network we can offer these benefits. Q. How can I use WorldNet abroad?
